Tax authorities of Voronezh driving the plant of vegetable oils to bankruptcy
The bankruptcy petition for the Pereleshinsky vegetable oil plant (VOP), located in the Paninsky district of the Voronezh region, has recently been filed by the tax inspectorate FTSI No. 15). The actions of the tax service in such a situation are to prepare the legal basis for bringing real business owners to justice, say the experts.
FTS employees will have to collect evidence that the plant has sufficient property to pay the legal costs.
According to data published on the Internet, the debtor organization has existed since 2016. Its sole beneficiary is entrepreneur Yevgeny Basov, who is also listed as the company's CEO. The authorized capital of ‘VOP’ is 10 thousand.It is known that the company's revenue in 2019 was almost zero, and the plant itself ended the year with losses of 216 thousand rubles. Lawyers note that the lawsuit against Pereleshinsky may be related to a large-scale campaign to collect arrears, which the tax authorities of the Voronezh region launched the summer. In particular, the regional structures of the Federal Tax Service filed 146 insolvency claims in July.
