SVYAZNOY INTRODUCED A SURVEILLANCE PROCEDURE
In relation to the largest Russian mobile retailer Svyaznoy, a surveillance procedure has been introduced. The company initiated its own bankruptcy in February 2023.
As follows from the file of arbitration cases, a large number of large lawsuits were filed against the retailer. In this connection, presumably, his solvency was in question. Earlier, Rusbankrot spoke in detail about claims against the company by Sovcombank, VTB Insurance, Aviapark and others.
One of the creditors is TFN LLC, a distributor of mobile devices, electric vehicles and accessories, the amount of Svyaznoy's debt exceeds 300 million rubles.
