St. Petersburg developer Inmar declared insolvent
The company, which began construction of a nursing home on Oleko Dundich Street in St. Petersburg, was declared bankrupt.  The initiative to recognize the insolvency of the organization was announced by the city construction committee.

Inmar construction company was initially accused of disrupting a state contract worth 593 million rubles, concluded in 2008.
The social facility was planned to be built by 2010, but interruptions in its financing led to the postponement of the date to 2012.  As a result, the developer was unable to cope with the task and, after litigation, the contract was terminated, and the construction committee successfully managed to recover almost 115 million rubles from the organization as an unjust enrichment.
Further construction of the building was carried out in turn by PNK (which received 350 million) and STG-Eco (105 million).
In the end, both organizations repeated the fate of Inmar, failing to cope with the state order.  The contracts with them were terminated, and the Kit company had to complete the construction in 2020.  Now the authorities are trying to collect the sums of money through arbitration.

It is known that entrepreneur Oleg Ilyin is the beneficiary of the Inmar construction company.  Arbitration removed the owner of the company from management by its decision and introduced bankruptcy proceedings at the enterprise.  It will take place in the form of a simplified procedure and may end by March 1, 2022.
