Russian manufacturer of super-computers declares bankruptcy
Kirill Alifanov, who is the head of the T-Platform computer manufacturing company, announced the imminent bankruptcy of the legal entity.
This probably happened due to great financial difficulties and a number of debts to counterparties. This year alone, 6 civil and administrative lawsuits were filed against the company.
The last of them was initiated by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and contains a claim for the amount of 2.7 billion rubles, reports
CNews.
The history of the company also contains other problems that the company faced. Two years earlier, the founder of T-Platform, Vsevolod Opanasenko, had been arrested and taken into custody. Then the question concerned the supply of computers for the needs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. At the moment, the investigation into this case is still underway, Opanasenko was placed under house arrest, he faces imprisonment for up to 10 years.
A few months after the high-profile arrest of the founder, the tax service applied to the arbitration court with a claim for bankruptcy of T-Platforms.
Throughout the year, the court considered the lawsuit, but as a result, everything ended in the termination of the proceedings in connection with the refusal of the creditor from his claims.
Now the company has made a decision to file for insolvency itself, and after filing an application to the court, the new creditors will probably not be long in coming.
