POULTRY FARM IN THE LENINGRAD REGION WANTS TO BE DECLARED BANKRUPT
POULTRY FARM IN THE LENINGRAD REGION WANTS TO BE DECLARED BANKRUPT
The arbitration of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region received a claim from the inspection of the Federal Tax Service No. 11. In it, the tax authorities asked to declare bankrupt the breeding poultry farm (PP) "Lebyazhye". It is known that it has not been functioning since 2020. However, the organization's debt to the state is 13.8 million rubles.
According to Kommersant, the co-owners of the poultry farm in the past were Nikita Melnikov and Vladimir Kuksov. In their personal property there were shares of 48.7% and 12%, respectively. However, in 2019, both businessmen left the company, taking their capitals and thereby reducing the authorized capital of the Lebyazhye PP by almost three times (from 33.9 million to 13.3 million).
At the same time, Melnikov remained the sole beneficiary of the poultry farm through the Lenptitseprom company, where he owns 100%. After that, the businessman began to sue his former partner, who held the post of CEO.
The factory demanded to recover 243 million damages from Kuksov through the court. According to the applicant, he spent more than 100 million for the purchase of equipment, and another 138 million for the construction of two poultry houses. At the same time, the work was never brought to completion.
In 2019, an emergency occurred at the factory. The roof of the building collapsed under the pressure of the fallen snow. The company's staff began to quit en masse. At the same time, Kuksov did not protect the site of the enterprise (56 hectares) for the safety of property. As a result, part of the property was stolen.
Melnikov, who previously owned the Sinyavinskaya Poultry Farm, planned to form a large logistics center in the Lomonosov district (on the site of Lebyazhya). However, the situation has changed and the need to repurpose the poultry farm has gradually disappeared.
The businessman believes that the production at the enterprise was actually destroyed back in 2017, when the license for breeding work on raising chickens was withdrawn from the poultry farm. The reproduction of the first order, which the country could be proud of, according to the owner of the "Lebyazhye" PP, was destroyed by officials of the Ministry of Agriculture. There was only an asset in the form of real estate. At the same time, no one challenged the decision of the Ministry of Agriculture in arbitration at that time.
The factory has not worked for the last few years, generating losses. In 2020, they amounted to 44 million rubles, in 2021 – 13 million, and in 2022 – 72 million. The organization did not conduct any economic activity, except for posting funds for "other" income or expenses. At the same time, the company's net assets on the balance sheet from 84 million in 2020 have gone into negative territory for several years.
