Novosibirsk Subsidiary of Rusnano enters bankruptcy
The Novosibirsk firm “Liotech-Innovations” has filed for bankruptcy.  The relevant decision was made by the arbitration after the firm had announced its inability to pay the bills at the end of 2021.  The debts of the organization exceeded 432 million rubles.

The enterprise was managed by the “Liteco”company, in respect of which a similar procedure was introduced last month.  At the end of January, information about the company's intention to file for bankruptcy appeared on the website of the file cabinet of the arbitration cases.  "Rusbankrot" reported on the application submitted by the company to the court with the debt of 317.19 million rubles indicated in it.

It is known that the main share of “Liteco” (99.99%) is owned by the “Rusnano” corporation.  Among the creditors of “Liotech-Innovation” there is not only the “Liteco”company (the only beneficiary with a 100% share), but also other counterparties (“Energy Solutions”, “Tempesto Energy”, “Digital Ring”).

In recent years, “Liotech Innovations” has leased capacity at the “Liotech” plant in Novosibirsk (legally controlled by the “Energy Solutions” LLC).
A unique Russian enterprise producing lithium-ion batteries has been on the verge of bankruptcy since 2016.
In 2019, the creditors managed to conclude a settlement agreement with the enterprise and it seemed that the prospect of insolvency would be removed.  But in March 2022, the judicial procedure was launched again.  The plant, which began operating in 2011, turned out to be in a critical condition.
