NOVOROSSIYSK FIRM STROYGAZPROEKT WAS DECLARED BANKRUPT
Krasnodar arbitration recognized the insolvency of a firm from Novorossiysk that developed engineering and construction projects (case no. A32-6035/2022). Information about the court's decision was posted in the file of arbitration cases and the Federal Register (EFRSB).

The company, which appeared in 2010, was engaged in technical consulting and construction of gas pipelines. In 2017 , the construction of such a facility was completed in the village . Hayduk. The organization then completed work on the construction of a gas pipeline stretching for a distance of 14 km. The project brought the company 58 million rubles.

The sole owner of the company, according to data from open sources, was Tatiana Rocheva. In 2021, the company made a profit of 1.3 million rubles with revenue of 2.2 million rubles. However, according to the materials of the trial, the company completely ceased operations in the same year. The funds on the settlement accounts of the organization have not been in motion since the end of September 2021.

The bankruptcy of Stroygazproekt ("SGP") was initiated by the tax authorities. According to Kommersant, they filed claims against the company in the amount of 489.6 thousand. The principal amount of the debt (309.6 thousand) was the arrears on mandatory payments. The firm had to pay about 151 thousand rubles as fines.

As a result, the court declared "SGP" bankrupt under an accelerated procedure, referring to article 230 of the relevant law. It allows in such cases to take into account one of the possible criteria: the absence of necessary assets, transactions on accounts for the last year or signs of lack of activity.

It was found that two GAZ and one KAMAZ cars are listed on the balance sheet of the organization. But the tax authorities could not establish any data on exactly where the cars are located and how they are operated (including information about drivers' salaries or repair costs). The firm submitted zero tax reports for 2022 at the end of March.

The Arbitration approved the candidacy of Konstantin Basalko, representing AAU SRO "CAAU", as a manager (KU) for the period of bankruptcy proceedings. The next hearing of the case in court, at which KU must submit his report, is scheduled for December 5 this year.
