The company "Eltorg" failed to sell the production complex of a liquor company in the city of Valuiki, Belgorod region. There were no persons willing to buy the Valuysky Distillery, which was engaged in the production of strong alcohol.

It is known that together with real estate, land (13.8 thousand square meters) and production equipment of the enterprise (310 units), the Dobychin Distillery was to go under the hammer. The property was initially estimated at 79 million rubles, but even after the price was reduced to 71.8 million applications were not received.

The company was granted bankruptcy status in the fall of 2021.

Initially, the company "Technologies and Services" applied to the court with an application for insolvency. The plant owed her a little more than 324 thousand rubles for the legal services rendered earlier. However, to the insignificant debt to lawyers, multimillion-dollar debts to the Federal Tax Service (274.29 million) and Sberbank (159.35 million) were soon added.

The lot also included a distillery, which became the historical basis for the production of vodka in Valuyki and an object of cultural heritage. The Dobychin Distillery was built by Belgorod entrepreneur Leonid Dobychin in the XIX century. During the war, the enterprise was virtually wiped off the face of the earth, but then restored by the forces of the labor collective.

The JSC that managed the plant was established in 1996.

The company with an authorized capital of 80.2 million rubles was engaged in the production of distilled alcoholic beverages. The main beneficiary of the company with a share of 62.98% was businessman Vyacheslav Zhukov. The remaining part of the shares belonged to Rosspirtprom.

In 2020, JSC Valuiysky LVZ received losses in the amount of 83 million rubles. They exceeded the company's revenue by 33 million. In June, the main owner of the LVZ went bankrupt. Zhukov owed Sberbank almost 160 million rubles and fell under the restructuring procedure.
