MYASNOYE PODVORYE WAS DECLARED BANKRUPT
The Meat Farmstead in St. Petersburg has been declared insolvent. The company, which has been producing frozen semi-finished products since 2015, has been unable to meet its financial obligations to creditors.

Last spring, Otkritie FC Bank, which was the main creditor, initiated insolvency proceedings. The debt at that time amounted to 298.5 million rubles. The arbitration recognized that the company's assets could not cover such a large debt.

The monitoring procedure was introduced in June 2024. The court approved Maxim Volkov for the role of manager (KU). The next hearing of the case in the Administrative Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region is scheduled for September 17.

Myasnoye Podvorye produced frozen food products (dumplings, dumplings). In 2023, the company's revenue reached 580.2 million. The company reported 11 million in profit. But in 2024, revenue fell by 67% (191 million), and losses totaled 19.4 million.

The difficulties of the business are compounded by the situation with the main co-owner and CEO, Andrey Polyakov. In the fall of 2024, he was declared bankrupt at the request of the same bank. This further complicated the financial situation of the company.

This case is no exception for St. Petersburg. Earlier, Alexander Starobinsky, the owner of the ROCK-1 holding company, became bankrupt. In February 2025, this was reported by Rusbankrot. The debts of the owner of the fish processing company under a personal guarantee to the bank amounted to 1.6 billion.

Myasnoye Podvorye will continue litigation aimed at debt liquidation in the near future. The procedure will continue until the fall of 2025. The decision that will be made based on its results will determine the future fate of the company, including its property assets.
