THIS DAY IN HISTORY:
24 November 1970 The United States and the USSR ratified the nuclear non-proliferation treaty.1970 The Central Committee of CPSU restored the national autonomy of the Kalmyks, Karachais, Balkars, Chechens and Ingush.1970 Charles Darwin published The Origin of Species - the first edition was sold out in a day.
A monitoring procedure was introduced at the Voronezh agricultural complex “Metaka” (case No. A14-663/2022). Such a decision was made by the arbitration of the Voronezh region after the suit of the “Forseti” company. The application was submitted in January 2022. The court appointed Aleksey Kovriga, who represents NGO “Dostoyanie” as bankruptcy trustee.
"Forseti" law firm received the right to claim for recovery of 347.9 thousand rubles from the Novgorod company "Progress". The debt of the agricultural holding declared in court amounted to 357.82 thousand rubles. Subsequently, Sberbank joined the insolvency case, challenging the right of a law firm to initiate bankruptcy.
The agricultural complex was registered in the region in July 2010.
The production is located in the village of Novaya Usman. The main activity of the company is packaging of goods.
The company with an authorized capital of 20 million rubles ended last year with a profit of 1.24 million rubles and received revenues of more than 356.3 million. The owner of the agricultural holding is businessman Batyrkhan Budaikhanov.
The interest of Sberbank in the assets of a businessman is quite understandable. The bank wants to receive about 325 million from Budaykhanov. The entrepreneur owns the “Vinegret” chain. The lawsuit for bankruptcy of its legal entity (Vinegret Plus LLC) was previously filed by Sberbank.
Budaikhanov also manages the “Moskovsky” trading house. The application for its insolvency was filed earlier. “Forseti” wants 615 thousand from the legal entity, while the bank demands almost 314.5 million.
It is known that “Metaka's” assets are pledged to Sberbank.
In January, the organization's property worth 188.35 million rubles was seized. What is more, the court seized the assets of the "Moskovsky" trading house in the amount of 196.6 million rubles.
In early March, the Voronezh tax authorities tried to initiate the bankruptcy of the “Metaka Bread” company, owned by Budaikhanov. The lawsuit remained without action until April 8, as the employees of the Federal Tax Service did not provide the necessary documents (demands for payment of taxes and resolutions on debt collection). As a result, the application was returned (case No. A14-3085/2022).
