On July 18, 2023, the Moscow arbitration court declared Multicubic Company bankrupt (case no. A40-246963/2022). The company engaged in the development of a project for the production of portable projectors for viewing digital content has been transferred to the competitive production mode.

The hearing of the bankruptcy trustee's report is scheduled for January 16, 2024. The court assigned Ekaterina Zakharova, who performed the functions of a temporary manager at the observation stage, to temporarily perform his duties. To date, 10 creditors (8 legal entities and 2 individuals) are involved in the case. Among them are the Russian Post, the Far Eastern High Technology Fund Management Company, the Krafttrans Atlas cargo company and a number of others.

The company has been operating since November 2014. In 2016, the organization turned out to be a resident of Skolkovo. Many people liked the idea of producing portable projectors and other devices for showing digital films. Despite the fact that the organization has not managed to break even production, in 2020 it managed to attract $ 2.5 million. The firm received large sums from SSOV ($100 thousand) and RBF Ventures (263 million rubles).

However, by the end of 2021, it became obvious that the startup had serious financial problems. The loss for 2021 amounted to 106 million. He was obliged to pay the debt in full.

In the summer of 2022 Rusbankrot already wrote about the "self-bankruptcy" initiated by the company (case no. A40-131073/2022). In August 2022, Multicubic's lawsuit was withdrawn, and the case was closed. However, the problems began with the Svyaznoy company, which is leading a lawsuit with Beeline. After the bankruptcy process of Svyaznoy moved to its embodiment, the company decided to file for insolvency again. According to him, in January 2023, the AU GM decided to introduce surveillance.
