On May 8, 2024, the Chelyabinsk arbitration recognized the insolvency of the Technostroy company from Magnitogorsk (TIN 7455003544). The organization has introduced a bankruptcy procedure until November 8 (case no. A76-6098/2023). The court approved Dmitry Novoselov, representing the Union of Arbitration Managers "Creation", for the role of bankruptcy trustee.
In September 2023, Rusbankrot already wrote about a Magnitogorsk developer, in respect of whom a surveillance procedure was introduced. The initiator of the lawsuit turned out to be the Chelyabinsk tax authorities (MI FTS No. 16), who presented financial claims to the organization in the amount of 255.7 million.
At the time of the court's decision on bankruptcy, obligations in the amount of more than 260 million were included in the register of claims. In particular, the court included in them obligations to VTB Bank for 23.4 million rubles.
The developer has been engaged in the construction of residential and non-residential real estate since 2011. Thus, the company became known for its participation in projects for the construction of agglomeration plant No. 5 for MMK (Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works). In 2019, the launch of production, where iron ore is processed into agglomerate, was called the main event of the year at the Metal Expo metallurgical forum.
In recent years, Technostroy's revenue has been rapidly declining. In 2022, it fell to 296 million, which is almost half the revenue for the previous year (in 2021 – 579 million). According to data for 2023, the organization received only 20 million in revenue and 11 million in net loss. The previous year also turned out to be unprofitable (242.7 million).
The sole owner of the company, Marat Alguzhin, appears in a criminal case being considered by the Baymak district court. The company "Vesna", of which he is a co-founder (and director), is suspected of illegal gold mining on agricultural lands. His other company, Altrans, is in bankruptcy. Part of the property of Technostroy itself is pledged by VTB and the Federal Tax Service.
