On October 7, 2024, the Lipetsk arbitration court ruled on the bankruptcy of the company "My City 48" (case no. A36-2889/2023). Sergey Garkavenko, representing the Ural Self-regulatory Organization of Arbitration Managers, was approved for the role of bankruptcy trustee. The next court hearing is scheduled for April 1, 2025.

Moy Gorod 48 LLC was established in Lipetsk on November 19, 2014. The company specialized in managing the operation of the housing stock. The initiator of its bankruptcy in May last year was the Noviten company, which supplies utilities to the homes of Lipetsk residents. The company's debt to the supplier amounted to 3.3 million.

As it was reported in the court documents, the basis for applying to the court were judicial acts on seven proceedings in the arbitration court, according to which the court made decisions on debt collection. As a result, the total amount of recovered funds amounted to 2,485,448.17 rubles. The debt was partially repaid and by the time the surveillance was introduced in October 2023 it amounted to about 2.4 million.

As follows from the data of the State information System of housing and communal services. By this time, the Management Company continued to manage the housing stock in three buildings in Lipetsk. In addition to Noviten's claims, the company's debts to the Federal Tax Service (31.3 thousand) and several other persons were included in the register of obligations to creditors. To date, there are no real estate objects under the management of "My city 48" left.

According to Kommersant, over the past two years, 19 lawsuits by utility suppliers against the Lipetsk Management Company have been considered in the courts. Cozy House Yelets and Prof-Expert 48 have already become bankrupt. Several other organizations have been placed under surveillance. Four Management Companies managed to avoid insolvency. A criminal investigation was initiated against the management of three companies (Prospect, Mayak and Variant).
