"KUSHVINSKY BRICK FACTORY" DECLARED BANKRUPT
LLC "Kushvinsky Brick Factory" was declared insolvent. The corresponding decision was made by the Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk region, bankruptcy proceedings were introduced.
The register includes creditors' claims totaling over 11 million rubles. Among them, approximately 8.5 million is a debt to the Federal Tax Service No. 25 in the region.
As the portal writes pravdaurfo.ru , during the temporary management of the anti–crisis manager found the debtor - a plot of land and transport.
The plant has been under surveillance since March of this year. At the same time, the Kushvinsky Brick Factory tried to pay off the debt and "negotiate" with creditors. But despite the efforts, the company failed to avoid bankruptcy proceedings.
