The arbitration court issued a verdict in the case of the insolvency of the organization that became involved in the resonant process of intentional bankruptcy and attempted raider seizure of the enterprise. "Kuban delicacies" has been transferred to the stage of competitive production, designed for the period up to December 6, 2023. Alexander Fomin was approved as the manager.

The company from Slavyansk-on-Kuban was established in 2003. The owners of the company are Anton Radchenko and Vladimir Skripka. The organization processed and preserved fruit and vegetable products.

In 2019, the owners of the company were involved in several lawsuits related to corporate relations. The parties to the conflict were the firms Bastion (LLC) and Rand (JSC).

A high-profile criminal case about the shooting came to court in April 2021. In November 2022, the company's security guard was sentenced. The former employee of the plant was sent by the court to a colony-settlement for a year. At the end of last year, Rusbankrot reported that the plant managers were suspected of deliberately bringing the enterprise to a state of insolvency.

Recognizing the company as bankrupt, the arbitration also satisfied its application for the appointment of an expert examination. It was entrusted to the representative of Kuban-Expertise. He will have to assess the company's ability to restore solvency. By June 30, the expert's work must be paid by depositing 150 thousand rubles to the deposit of the arbitration court.
