KOSTYA TSZYU SPORTS ACADEMY WANTS TO GO BANKRUPT

Currently, the application has not been accepted by the court for production, but it is already known that the claim in the amount of more than 900 thousand rubles arose from the contract for the provision of legal services, under which the creditor represented the interests of the debtor in a dispute with LLC "Jaazz" (case no. A41-54095/20).

The specified dispute arose from the contract, under the terms of which LLC "Jaazz" undertook to transfer LLC "Academy of Sports Kostya Tszyu" or the recipient (consignee, carrier) specified by him products, namely "Coffee beans in chocolate Gladio".

Referring to the fact of improper fulfillment by the defendant of its obligations, the plaintiff filed a claim for the recovery of funds in the amount of more than 8 million rubles, but the court refused to satisfy the claim.

Payment under the contract for the provision of legal services was not made, and therefore the creditor recovered it in court (case no. A40-289732/21), after which he demanded that the debtor be declared bankrupt.

Earlier, Kostya Tszyu Sports Academy LLC had already tried to bankrupt SME Bank JSC (case no. A40-182753/20), the claim was made on the basis of the debtor's failure to fulfill obligations under the loan agreement in the amount of more than 41 million rubles.

The court left the application without consideration due to the fact that the creditor refused the application.
