FIGHT BANKRUPTCY. "MUSHROOMS OF BELOGORYE" REACHED THE SUPREME COURT
With a complaint against the verdict of the Belgorod arbitration, the company "Mushrooms of Belogorye" appealed to the Supreme Court. The firm does not abandon attempts to appeal the decision of the first instance, which introduced the bankruptcy procedure at the enterprise. This happened in the spring of 2022 on the initiative of Sberbank.

In the fall of 2022, Rusbankrot covered the situation related to the Belgorod producer of champignons. It was then that the company, which owed the credit institution a large sum of money (243 million rubles), entered bankruptcy proceedings until March 20, 2023.

The organization's attempts to protest the spring court decision on the introduction of surveillance were unsuccessful. The decision of the primary instance was supported both in appeal (August 2022) and in cassation (November 2022). Now it was decided to send the complaint to the Supreme Court, Kommersant notes.

Recall that the mushroom growing business project is owned by Pavel Kolesnikov and Vadim Skavronsky. The firm, which emerged in 2016, is awaiting liquidation if the Supreme Court does not support the plaintiffs in an attempt to challenge the court verdict.

By now, the company's debt obligations in the creditors' register have already reached 1.9 billion. In the company itself, they tend to blame the accident that happened at work for financial problems, as well as intractable employees of Sberbank who refused to grant a deferral on loan payments, despite the difficult situation.
