Federation of parachuting sports seeks bankruptcy of the Lipetsk flying club
The Lipetsk Arbitration Court received a statement of claim from the regional "Federation of Parachuting Sports". The public organization demands to recognize the institution of professional education, which owes it 3.831 million rubles, insolvent.  The trial in the case of the Lipetsk flying club DOSAAF is to take place on October 27.

The ground for filing a bankruptcy claim against the flying club was the debt that arose back in 2007.  The management of the flying club took a loan from a regional public organization to repair several airliners necessary to train the future navigators.
An-2 and Yak-52 were successfully repaired, but the representatives of the flying club did not return the money.  And although the loan for 3.3 million rubles was interest-free, the repayment period expired back in 2010.

In 2019, the arbitration court considered the circumstances of the case related to the club's debt to the sports federation.  It was the decision on it that formed the basis for the claims for bankruptcy of the club.  The federation is demanding 2.9 million rubles of the principal debt and the interest accrued since 2010 in the amount of 931 thousand rubles from the flying club.
We should remind our readers that the Lipetsk flying club has existed since 1934.  During its work, it managed to train more than 25 thousand pilots who successfully piloted the Yak-52 and L-29 aircraft.
What is more, the club trained more than 30 thousand people who showed themselves in parachuting.  During the war, many graduates of the Lipetsk flying club became Heroes of the USSR.
