‘Electron’ children's camp in the Novosibirsk region declared bankrupt
‘Electron’ children’s camp located in the village of Krasny Yar, Ordynsky District, was officially declared bankrupt (case ¹ À45-36569 / 2020).  The decision was made by the arbitration court on November 1 on the basis of a claim submitted by the camp leadership at the end of 2020.

‘Electron’ did not manage to repay the debts of 5.38 million rubles. The organization was taken under surveillance on April 2, 2021, and now the bankruptcy proceedings have been launched, which will last until May 4 next year. Judge Olga Nadezhkina approved the representative of the ‘Sodeystvie’ interregional self-regulatory organization Konstantin Seifulin as the bankruptcy trustee in the case.

The owner of the preschool educational institution ‘Electron’, which until recently was headed by the senior teacher of the Normal University Tatyana Silnyagina, is the eponymous assembly and construction enterprise. The company is a part of the holding, known since 1957 as the Khimelektromontazh trust.

During the Soviet years, the company was engaged in construction work, building nuclear power plants in Russia, India and China (now this function has been transferred to the Rosatom corporation). By 2017, the holding included 12 subsidiaries with 3 thousand employees.

In 2016, it became known about the bankruptcy of one of the holding's subsidiaries, MSU No. 78. The company under the leadership of Sergei Pigalev went bankrupt, carrying out the construction of a new building at NSU, but did not receive about 140 million rubles for the completed contract.

After some time, the problems of subsidiary affected the head structure. It entered bankruptcy due to a loan agreement for 79 million rubles, in which it acted as a guarantor. However, the observation ended with the signing of an amicable agreement and Electron successfully emerged from bankruptcy. The firm under the leadership of Ilya Khodos was saved, and the company ended 2020 even with a profit of 266 thousand rubles.

Rusbankrot already wrote about the possible threat of bankruptcy of the children's health camps in April 2020. Many have found themselves in a state of financial ruin due to the restrictions caused by the pandemic. Even then, it was clear to the experts that in the conditions of the impossibility of normal preparation for the summer season, many owner companies would be forced to get rid of the assets, resetting the unprofitable balance sheets and trying to redesign the vacation spots.
