DISTILLERY "ORLOVSKY KRISTALL" IS GOING BANKRUPT

The arbitration court ruled on the bankruptcy case of the company "Orlovsky Crystal" (JSC). The court made a decision on the case (no. A48–10101/2022) in early July 2023. However, in early September, Vladimir Maslov applied with a petition, wishing to repay the requirements to the organization related to mandatory payments. The court plans to consider his application on September 19.

We are talking about the debts of the second and third stages, exposed by the regional department of the Federal Tax Service. According to the register of claims, the company owed more than 339 thousand rubles as part of the requirements of the second stage and more than 2.4 million – the third stage. The main debt amounted to 714 thousand . Another 1.15 million forms a penalty and 566.3 thousand penalties.

The initiator of the bankruptcy of JSC Orlovsky Kristall (TIN 5751026918) in 2022 was the entrepreneur Artur Doev. In November, he appealed to the Orel arbitration court with a claim for the insolvency of the company and claims in the amount of 118 million rubles. At the end of March 2023, the company was taken under surveillance. Mikhail Vinikovsky, representing the RSOPAU Association, was approved as the interim manager.

An inventory of the plant's assets necessary for putting the enterprise up for auction has been carried out. The available 444 items were estimated at 73.4 million. The company is also the copyright holder of 14 trademarks ("Enchanted Wanderer", "Crystal", "Orel souvenir", etc.) and patents for the production of vodka "Ermolov", "Drop", "Winter Lace" and "Crystal". Their estimate was about 760 thousand. The only commodity and material value of the company turned out to be a refrigerator worth 2.2 million rubles.

The capacity of the plant allowed to produce more than 1045 thousand liters of alcohol annually. BUT gradually "Orlovsky Kristall" stopped the production of alcoholic beverages. After the regional authorities solemnly launched production in November 2015 (the plant has been idle since 2009), the company earned mainly by renting space. However, this amount did not always allow paying even utility bills and salaries.

In August 2017, the supervisory authority deprived the plant of its license to produce alcohol. The reason was multiple violations that forced officials to come to the enterprise with an inspection. However, the inspectors were not allowed into the alcohol storage. There were no acts of inventory of raw materials. The company explained this situation with long downtime and lack of necessary working capital.
