Children's leisure in Dagestan is under the threat of bankruptcy
The day before, the head of the Makhachkala ‘Association of Children's Clubs’ Tagir Chavtarov applied to the authorities of the republic.  According to the businessman, the restrictions imposed by the leadership of Dagestan on the work of organizations in the area of children's leisure will lead to the ruin and bankruptcy of the business in the near future.  Despite the fact that entertainment establishments and cafes in Dagestan were given the opportunity to work from October 28, children's clubs still remain closed.

This is not the first time Chavtarov has applied to the leadership of the republic.  At the end of 2021, the chairman of the association already went out with a single picket, trying to draw the attention of the authorities to the state of affairs in the area of children's leisure.
According to the entrepreneur, the order of the head of Dagestan, Sergei Melikov, who did not include children's clubs in the number of places available for visiting, has already led to the fact that more than 400 employees lost their jobs.
According to Chavtarov, the authorities were biased towards children's leisure time, despite the fact that entrepreneurs did not refuse to comply with the necessary requirements of the Russian Federal State Agency for Health and Consumer Rights.  Many businessmen continue to pay loans, taxes and rent.  At the same time, some of them have already started selling equipment, having found themselves on the verge of complete ruin.

The businessman himself, who runs the children's club ‘Cars’, made his appeal to government officials public via Instagram.  Netizens have already reacted to his post, leaving more than 200 comments in favor of allowing kids clubs to operate.  At the same time, many women say that their own leisure time directly depends on the possibility of organizing leisure activities for children.

Today, to visit a market, shopping center, restaurant or cinema in Dagestan, you must have a QR code or a certificate of having COVID-19.
Experts note that small businesses have already experienced a decrease in the attendance of establishments by several times.
At the same time, users of the social network write about theaters, cinemas and working restaurants full of visitors in the comments.

Chavtarov noted in his video message that the vast majority of the employees of children's clubs were women.  According to the Caucasian tradition, it is a man's duty to conduct a dialogue with the authorities, and the businessman explained that he represented all workers of the industry, but not just himself.
