The alcoholic beverages manufacturer was declared insolvent on September 21. The Nizhny Novgorod Arbitration Court thereby satisfied the claim sent to the court by the head of the peasant farm Valentina Dubneva. The bankruptcy proceedings opened against the company's property are supposed to be completed by March 22, 2022.
The bankruptcy of the company was demanded from the arbitration court not only by the counterparties, but also by the representatives of the tax authorities. And if ‘Arzamasspirt’ owes about 1.9 million rubles for the grain supplied in 2018 to the farm of Dubneva, then to the tax authorities, the alcohol beverages manufacturer owes more than 11 million rubles.
The farm initiated bankruptcy on July 8, 2020 - after the company turned out to be unable to pay off its debts, and thereby fulfill the decision of the arbitration court issued in March of the same year.
In January 2021, the company went under surveillance.
The legal entity has existed since 1997, and the size of the authorized capital is 13.299 million rubles. The enterprise is located in the village of Lomovka (Arzamas district). In 2019, the company provided 114 employees with work, but the previous year turned out to be unprofitable for the company - it lost 25.8 million rubles, despite the revenue of 233.3 million.
