A LARGE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR FROM SAMARA WAS DECLARED BANKRUPT
Samara arbitration on August 10, 2023 declared the company "SSA" ("Samarastroylians") insolvent. A bankruptcy procedure was opened against the organization (case no. A55-37730/2022). The court instructed Kirill Baluyev, representing the ACS SRO "Delo", to perform the duties of the manager.

In December 2022, Rusbankrot reported on a bankruptcy claim filed in arbitration by Alfastroyproekt. The process was initiated due to an insignificant requirement of 560 thousand rubles by the standards of the construction business. However, as experts expected, the insolvency application launched a wave of petitions from counterparties who hurried to join the process.

By the time the "SSA" was declared bankrupt, the total amount of creditors' claims against the organization amounted to about 62,000,000 rubles. Several dozen creditors presented their financial requirements to the construction company, including the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation, the Tolyatti administration, GKU SO "UKS" and many others.

It turned out that according to the accounting documentation at the end of 2022, SSA had 11.7 million accounts receivable, about 1.6 million outstanding loans and about 3.27 million various stocks (including inventory, special clothing, etc.). On the bank account of the company in FC "Otkritie" there were a little more than 125 thousand. The company did not have any real estate or vehicles. The loss for last year amounted to 185.8 million.

In 2018-2021, the firm was one of the active participants in the auctions conducted by the authorities. For several years, "SSA" managed to participate in 38 tenders, winning 32 trading procedures. The total amount of trades was about 3 billion. The company was engaged in the repair of the intercity route from Togliatti to Dimitrovgrad, built an athletics arena. The volume of transactions with the Togliatti authorities amounted to more than 1 billion.

In 2021, without receiving the next contracts, the company went to reorganize. Two legal entities were separated from the company: Remdorstroy and Altstroy. So the beneficiaries of the "SSA" Sergey Konovalov and Alexander Koloshnikov decided to divide the business.

Both companies that have separated from the "SSA" now receive decent multimillion-dollar contracts. For example, Altstroy claims to receive a contract for the construction of a cheese factory in Togliatti. Previously, the company had already signed a contract with the State Institution "UKS" for 233 million, but was unable to use the funds received in time.
