The Samara arbitration court punished the former beneficiary of Alev JSC for 3.77 billion rubles. The court imposed a subsidy on Alexander Ivlev for the debts of his company. The reason for this was fictitious transactions with affiliated structures that worked on the site of the enterprise and the write-off of more than a third of the organization's assets (1.02 billion) during the period when Ivlev was at the head of the company.

In February 2024, Rusbankrot already announced the resumption of proceedings in the subsidy case. The bankruptcy trustee then sent a corresponding petition to the court. The document stated the requirement to recover 3.672 billion rubles from Ivlev.

The company was granted bankruptcy status in 2020 under a simplified procedure. In the autumn of 2021, the court of appeal found the facts proven, allowing the former head to be held accountable for the debts of the enterprise. The ex-head of Alev filed a complaint with the district court, but he did not support the cassator, leaving the verdicts of lower instances in force.

Recall that the initial amount of the penalty was 989.78 million rubles. However, in the course of legal proceedings, the amount of claims increased to 3.67 billion. It includes the registered claims of creditors (about 3.5 billion), partially repaid in the bankruptcy process. The subsidiary also included the company's debts to creditors that were not included in the register (291.9 million). The amounts of tax liabilities, the balances on the company's bank account and the refund of previously recovered VAT were deductible.

Ivlev himself, as previously reported, was also declared insolvent by Alfa-bank's application sent to the court in 2019. The deadline for the sale of his property has been extended many times. The amount of claims against the bankrupt entrepreneur amounted to over 2.92 billion.
