DONETSK PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC AND LUHANSK PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC ANNOUNCE CONSCRIPTION INTO THE ARMED FORCES FOR THE FIRST TIME
The corresponding decree was signed by the head of the Luhansk Republic Leonid Pasechnik.
