BENEFICIARIES WILL RECEIVE A DISCOUNT OF UP TO 50% ON HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES

Citizens receiving support measures from the state will be given a 30-50% discount on payment for housing and communal services (housing and communal services). Its exact size will depend on the preferential category of the Russian citizen.

As reported by Izvestia with reference to the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, the so-called discount will be subsidies received in the format of an electronic certificate. A citizen will immediately pay less for housing and communal services. And the difference in cost to resource-supplying organizations is directly compensated by the state.

As explained in the Ministry of Construction, the innovation will reduce debts for housing and communal services.

Such a benefit will appear as part of the creation of the electronic domain "Housing and communal services and urban environment". Various services will be collected on it. The platform itself will be available to citizens no earlier than 2024.
