A THIRD OF RUSSIAN EMPLOYERS ARE GOING TO INCREASE WAGES
According to a study conducted by the Rabota.ru portal, 36% of employers plan to raise wages in the second half of 2021. More than a thousand companies from different regions took part in the survey.

Almost 62% of respondents said that they did not plan to raise salaries this year. Another 2% even expressed a desire to reduce the income of their employees. It is interesting that more than a half of companies (54%) reported that they had already raised the wages in 2021.

The most common increase is up to 10% - it is reported by 60% of organizations.

36% of companies noted an increase in salaries by 10-30%, 3% of employers increase salaries by 30-50%. About 1% of the respondents said that their salaries were increased by 1.5-2 times.

43% of companies participated in the study did not raise salaries in 2021, and 3% more reduced salaries in the first six months.

Earlier, the SuperJob service summed up statistics, indicating how much money Russians need ‘to be happy’. The average amount was estimated at 173 thousand rubles per month. In Moscow, this figure is slightly higher - residents of the capital need 224 thousand rubles a month ‘to be happy’.
