A multimillion-dollar lawsuit filed against the famous French brand the day before was left without action.  The reasons for this were the shortcomings found in the application.  Now the initiators of the case will have to eliminate them before mid-May, otherwise the claim will be returned.

Such a procedure is provided for by the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation and is applied when correctable procedural errors made by the plaintiff are found.

As a rule, when they are eliminated within the period established by the court, the latter accepts the case for consideration and sets the date of the first hearing.
