Stroytranssoyuz announced plans to file a claim for its bankruptcy. The corresponding notification on the portal "Fedresurs" was posted by the head of the construction organization and its current beneficiary Ravkat Azamatov.
The reason was the company's debts to the heat supply company in the amount of 945 thousand rubles, Kommersant clarifies. Another 402 thousand was a penalty incurred for the period of non-payment for six months (from November 2019 to April 2020).
The company, registered in the city of Kopeysk, received scandalous fame in connection with the disruption of construction work on the construction of a ski and biathlon center in Zlatoust. One of the reasons for this was theft, which was discovered by FSB officers. The result of the criminal case was the punishment of the co-owner of the firm Mikhail Azamatov.
He was sentenced to four years in prison in the fall of 2022. Ravkat Azamatov's son will have to spend this term in a general regime colony. The court found that Azamatov Jr. stole more than 39 million, reporting deliberately false information about equipment and materials, as well as the amount of costs allocated for construction from the local budget.
However, this is not the only case of a crime involving the heads of a construction company. In May 2021, an investigation into fraud committed during the construction of the Chelyabinsk short track began. It is assumed that the criminals stole about 58 million rubles. The case was based on the testimony of Azamatov, given in relation to the head of "Cheliaboblinveststroy" and the deputy of the regional Ministry of Construction. Alexey Abaimov and Tatiana Antonova ended up under arrest on suspicion of taking bribes.
The investigation believes that it was Abaimov who received a 190 thousand bribe from the director of the Flagship IC. This made it possible to sign the necessary acts on the fictitious acquisition of more expensive materials for the construction of a kindergarten in Asha. As a result, about 19 million budget funds were stolen.
For missing the construction date (November 30, 2022) of a kindergarten in Kopeysk, the company was fined 1.3 million rubles. At the beginning of the year, the Olympic Reserve school (the customer of the construction of the sports complex) won a lawsuit for 57.2 million rubles.
Stroytranssoyuz has been operating in Kopeysk since 2004. During this time, the organization managed to become a member of the CCI of the Russian Federation. During its work, the firm has concluded deals worth 1.87 billion. Participation in 50 auctions brought the company victory in 25 cases. The company was engaged in the construction of kindergartens, sports facilities, completed the sports and recreation complex in Yuzhnouralsk.
