On February 21, the arbitration court made a decision on the insolvency of the company - PCF "Siblift". The firm from Omsk, established in November 2014 on the basis of the Siberian "daughter" of the NGO "Mostovik", turned out to be a defendant in a bankruptcy lawsuit of the capital's company "Urban Mechanics". Since the spring of last year, the organization has been under surveillance.
For three years in a row (from 2019 to 2021), PCF Siblift is the main contractor in the Omsk region engaged in the overhaul of apartment buildings. The sole beneficiary of the organization since 2022 is Alexandra Karpova.
In total, as noted by local media, the regional authorities have concluded more than 20 state contracts with the firm for 627 million rubles. However, in the 2020s, a managerial leapfrog began in the company. Four CEOs have been replaced in a couple of years. In June 2022, Dmitry Arkhipov became the head of the company.
The bankruptcy procedure (supervision) was introduced in the PCF "Siblift" in May last year. Rusbankrot in the fall of 2022 noted that the organization owed more than 1.11 billion rubles to City Mechanics and another 534.3 million to BM Bank. The claim of Investtorgbank for 2 billion was still waiting for its consideration in court.
Vladimir Tikhonov, who was appointed to serve as interim manager in 2022, found that the bankruptcy of the enterprise may be intentional. Information about this was transferred to the appropriate authorities, but it did not reach the initiation of a criminal case. Now the bankruptcy management is entrusted to Ivan Klimentov. Within two months, creditors will be able to file claims against the company.
