The bank also demands to recover losses from the company in the amount of 586 million rubles. In addition, "Modern Wood processing Technologies" appears as a defendant and another claim of the bank to recover damages in the amount of 4.4 billion rubles.

In February 2020, Rusbankrot wrote that the credit institution initiated the bankruptcy of two organizations belonging to the Group of Companies: Talion JSC and its "daughter" Eliseev Palace Hotel CJSC. The amount of the claim is over 5.5 billion. The basis was a loan received in 2010.

In September 2022, Talion was declared insolvent with debts of 44.4 billion. The value of the property of the organization itself by the beginning of 2022 is about 6.9 billion.

The company, which owned 9.8 thousand square meters in the Talion Imperial hotel complex, was put into receivership. Her "daughter" also entered bankruptcy in March 2022. The bank managed to foreclose on the collateral. They became 14.2 thousand square meters of the hotel, including part of the land plot.

In November 2022, Rusbankrot also reported on the bankruptcy of the co-owner of Talion. Billionaire Ebralidze was declared insolvent, starting the sale of his assets. The total debt of the entrepreneur amounted to 34.1 billion.

The previously initiated insolvency procedure "Modern Wood Processing technologies" was suspended in September 2022. The arbitration decided that it was advisable to transfer the company to external management for 18 months, hoping for the possibility of economic recovery. At the same time, the assets of the woodworking company are estimated at 29.05 billion, while the debt obligations in the register amount to 49.33 billion.

During the bankruptcy process, the bankruptcy trustee discovered that the company could have been deliberately brought to bankruptcy. The firm, which received about 6.5 billion in revenue in 2020, showed a loss of 7 billion.
