WORK AND TRAVEL PROGRAM MAY BE LAUNCHED IN THE FAR EAST OF RUSSIA
Federal Tourism Agency believes that the popular Work and Travel program for young people can be launched in the Russian Far East in order to attract young Russians there.
We should remind our readers that according to the idea of the Work and Travel program, young people have the opportunity to travel to the United States and work there. The initiative with the Far East was announced by the deputy head of the Federal Tourism Agency Elena Lysenkova, reports TASS. She emphasized that it is quite difficult now to attract young Russians to work in the Far East, but the program will provide a simple and understandable employment contract and will provide an opportunity to travel around the region.
It is assumed that other Russian regions will also be included in the analogue of the Work and Travel program - in the national tourism project.
In the original Work and Travel program, full-time students can work and travel around the States during their summer vacation. To do this, they need to confirm their knowledge of the English language at least at the Intermediate level. Russian students can stay in the United States from mid-May to mid-September.
