VACCINATED CITIZENS OF RUSSIA WILL HAVE A CHANCE TO TRAVEL TO VIETNAM
It became known that the authorities of Phu Quoc Island in Vietnam are planning to open a resort for Russians who have been vaccinated against Covid-19. This is expected to happen in September.

The Vietnamese region is going to vaccinate the entire local population by September 2021 (about 220 thousand people). It is interesting that the authorities of Phu Quoc are willing to be the first to let in vaccinated tourists from Russia, and only then from other countries. The fact is that Russians most often rest at the Vietnamese resort.

Vacations will have a closed format, as during them the travelers will not be able to leave the territory of the hotels.

It will be prohibited to go outside the territory with the beach. Before the pandemic, Phu Quoc Island became a popular tourist destination - in 2019, it was visited by 5 million holidaymakers, 500 thousand of which were foreigners.

When visiting Phu Quoc, Russians can take advantage of the preferential visa regime, which provides for a 30-day stay on the island.

Earlier, the Federal Tourism Agency called on Russian citizens to insure themselves against Covid-19 when traveling abroad. In the absence of insurance, you may not receive the necessary medical care, or pay too much for a necessary treatment.
