THE GOVERNMENT HAS SIMPLIFIED THE PLACEMENT OF SUMMER CAFES
The Government of the Russian Federation has expanded the list of objects for which it is not required to register ownership of the plot. These included verandas for the arrangement of outdoor cafes and sites for the placement of construction equipment and materials during the current or major repairs of buildings.
The relevant information was published by the government's press service.
The owners of the establishments will be able to equip the site adjacent to the main building without any additional procedures. As noted in the government, this will be possible provided that the territory under the new seats is in state or municipal ownership and has not previously been used for other purposes.
The Cabinet of Ministers drew attention to the fact that simplifying the order of placement of summer cafes will support entrepreneurs, and building owners will help to carry out repairs faster.
