The founder of Teremok sent a complaint against McDonald's to the mayor of Moscow
The founder of Teremok fast food chain complained to the Moscow mayor's office about McDonald's.  The letter indicated that the American network was letting the visitors into the premises of restaurants, despite the ban introduced in the capital.

According to the entrepreneur, in the current situation, it is necessary either to allow other catering establishments to do this, or to prohibit such a practice for everyone.

In addition, in his letter, Goncharov noted that a few days before the imposed lockdown, Teremok had received warnings about the imposed bans, which said it was impossible to serve visitors inside the restaurant during non-working days, reports Forbes.

The complaint was supplemented by the videos in which people wearing McDonald's uniforms reported that they had the opportunity to let a certain number of visitors into the premises of a fast food restaurant by agreement with the city authorities, as well as with the Russian Federal State Agency for Health and Consumer Rights.

Goncharov emphasized that Teremok's clients, in turn, wait for the orders on the street, without being able to see the menu.

At the same time, the restaurant suffers huge losses, while the McDonald's customer acceptance system is causing outrage. Goncharov urged the mayor's office to inform all Moscow restaurants that they have the right to admit visitors, like McDonald's, or to prohibit the American chain from going beyond what is permitted, if such a ban is still in effect.
