THE COURT STOPPED THE PROCEEDINGS IN THE CASE AGAINST KRISTINA ASMUS ON DISCREDITING THE ARMY
Today, the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow has put an end to the case of Kristina Asmus, stopping the production due to the absence of an administrative violation in the alleged acts of the actress.

Earlier we wrote that a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up against the actress in connection with her publications on social networks, in which law enforcement officers saw her negative attitude towards the Russian SVO.

The interests of Asmus were represented in court by lawyer Vladimir Lyakhovsky, who insisted on the termination of the proceedings on the basis of violations by law enforcement officers (improper notification), as well as the fact that the controversial publication was made by her in social networks before the introduction of an article in the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation providing for liability for discrediting the Russian army.

In addition, the lawyer noted that at the moment the post has been deleted, and therefore it is impossible to prove its existence in a certain time period.

It is most likely that law enforcement officers will not appeal this judicial act, since the circumstances of the administrative investigation indicate a rush in drawing up the protocol, as a result of which many details were not taken into account.

If the court found it lawful to bring the actress to justice, she could face a fine of up to 50,000 rubles.
