SBERBANK SELLS OIL COMPANY THROUGH AVITO
The credit institution announced its intention to get rid of the rights to Krasnoleninskneftegaz oil company (KNG OC).  Anyone who wants to become the owner of a company from Nyagan will have to pay a little more than 320 million rubles.

The fact is that almost all more or less valuable property of the organization turned out to be pledged by the bank.  Sberbank owns the rights to a 100% stake in the company's charter capital.  The bank pledges warehouses, commercial real estate, rights to contracts and installations intended for drilling wells.

A tempting offer may be explained easily.  The fact is that the organization itself, its beneficiaries and guarantors for loans, are going through bankruptcy procedures.
The Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug Arbitration court recognized KNG OC insolvent in 2021.
The sources say that Sberbank's attempt to sell out the oil assets has already been made before.  The rights of claim have already been put up for auction several times: first in July 2021, and then in August.  However, no one was willing to buy the company, along with special equipment and drilling contracts, despite the price reduction.

The company itself was founded a quarter of a century ago and actively worked in Yamal and Yugra, had a representative office abroad (in Ukraine).  The main beneficiary of the organization was Andrei Chasovskikh.  He owned a 98.8% stake in the company.  The rest of the company was owned by Alexander Urentsov.
Recently, however, entrepreneurs have found themselves in debt, including unfulfilled obligations to the Federal Tax Service.
Whether the company will be sold out this time will become clear in the nearest future.  Previously, the company provided oilfield services for other producing companies.  KNG OC was engaged in drilling of production wells and their repair. The enterprise was a fairly large asset for a group of affiliated organizations in the oil production market.
