RUSSIA HAS COMPLETED THE TRIALS OF LASERS FOR SPACE ADVERTISING
RUSSIA HAS COMPLETED THE TRIALS OF LASERS FOR SPACE ADVERTISING
The developer company has already carried out the necessary experiments, during which all the calculations were confirmed. In the future, new lasers will be used to broadcast satellite advertisements in the sky.
The trials took place at an altitude of 30,000 meters above the Earth in the stratosphere in conditions close to space. The lasers showed the necessary power, and therefore the developers have far-reaching plans for the implementation of the conceived project.
The idea is to create a so-called "constellation", which will include artificial earth satellites.
In terms of brightness, the "constellation" will be comparable to Venus, which will allow broadcasting all kinds of advertisements above the world's megacities. According to the creators of the project, the new "constellation" will not create any obstacles for astronomers, since the lasers will be switched on only when flying over the largest cities.
In the future, it is also planned to create a special mobile application, by means of which it will be possible to keep track of the "constellation".
