REGISTRY OFFICES OF NIZHNY NOVGOROD REGION REQUIRE A VACCINATION CERTIFICATE FROM MARRYING COUPLES
The Main Directorate of the Civil Registry Office of the Nizhny Novgorod Region has published new rules for participation in the wedding ceremony. Now, to be admitted to the celebration, the couples and their guests will have to choose: to provide a certificate of vaccination against coronavirus, a negative PCR test, or an antibody test.

For minors, a rule has also been established to provide the result of an express test for antigens.

What is more, the mandatory use of face masks during the ceremony is required, as well as a limit for the number of attendees: no more than 20 people for a closed room, including the registrar, and no more than 50 guests for registration in the open air.

The information was published on the official website of the Main Directorate of the Civil Registry Office of the Nizhny Novgorod Region with reference to the decrees previously issued by the head of the region.

Similar requirements for the provision of vaccination certificates, negative PCR tests or certificates of the presence of antibodies are provided for admission to crowded places: theaters, cinemas, sports events, children's centers and even outdoor events.

Additionally, as part of the fight against the spread of coronavirus in the region, requirements have been introduced for the employers.

They were obliged to transfer at least 30% of employees to remote work for a month.

At the moment, the decision on mandatory vaccination has already been made in a number of regions. First, it was introduced in Moscow and the region, as well as in the Tula, Leningrad, Tver, Kemerovo and Sakhalin regions.
