RANEPA VICE-RECTOR IVAN FEDOTOV WAS GIVEN A PREVENTIVE MEASURE IN THE FORM OF HOUSE ARREST

Such information appeared in the case card No. 3/3-0042/2022 on the official portal of the courts of general jurisdiction of the city of Moscow*. Since house arrest is applied only to the suspect or the accused, this indicates that Ivan Fedotov is no longer in the status of a witness in a criminal case. Now lawyers will need to apply all the skills to protect the principal.

Recall that last year, information about searches appeared in the media, which, among other things, took place at Ivan Fedotov's. A subordinate of Vladimir Mau, Ivan Fedotov, devoted many years of his life to the educational institution. He was born in 1978 in Moscow, graduated from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of Russia in 2000. In the 2000s, he received the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences and the academic title of associate professor. From 2001 to 2009 he worked at the Academy, after its reorganization he became the vice-rector of RANEPA. Since 2010, he has been the Director of the Gaidar Forum. He has a number of state awards. He is married and has a son.
