NEW TERMS OF SPENDING VACATION IN SOCHI SCARE THE TOURISTS OFF
According to the RUT press secretary, a large number of tourists from Russia canceled their planned tours to the resort areas of Sochi. Those tourists, who previously booked vouchers to hotels with rooms, have postponed the trips.
The reason for such actions was the new mandatory requirements for entry the hotels and resorts area. All the guests are required to have medical certificates about the absence of COVID-19, and it is important that the period for of the issuance of the certificate should not exceed two days from the day of arrival in the resort city. What is more, the tourists will be asked for the information about the lack of contacts with the carriers of coronavirus infection.
The new terms of visiting Sochi have turned the sanatoriums into real observatories.
The obvious problem for many tourists is an inability to get a medical certificate at the proper time, in addition, the cost of the test itself rases indignation - it ranges from 1300 to 3000 rubles. In case of going on vacation with all the family members, the certificates might cost a lot of money.
Another significant reason for the cancellation of the holidays in Sochi was the ban on the free movement, visiting beaches, walking around the city and going to the cafes.
