NEW RULES OF VISITING TURKEY WERE PUBLISHED IN RUSSIA
New regulations that are recommended for Russian tourists to follow in case of traveling to Turkey have recently appeared.
The most important point is that Russian citizens will be able to visit Turkey without a certificate confirming the absence of COVID-19. Instead of it, it is enough to fill in a form with information about yourself, your flight and your health state.
As an additional safety measure, medical workers will be on duty at the airports to measure the body temperature of tourists.
It was noted that boarding will be banned for everyone who has obvious signs of the disease - they will have to do a free coronavirus test. If it turns out to be positive, the tourist will be sent to the hospital for examination and treatment.
It is also possible that the coronavirus will be detected during a flight to Turkey. Then all the neighbors of the sick person will be sent to a 14-day quarantine. As a recommendation, the Association of Tour Operators of Russia suggested the tourists to purchase insurance that can cover the treatment of Covid-19.
We should recall that for the moment, 823 515 cases of coronavirus infection have been registered in Russia.
612,217 people recovered, and 13,504 died. There are 16 674 047 patients with COVID-19 in the world, 10 264 480 people have recovered, and 657 276 have died.
It is worth noting that according to the WHO representatives, over the past month and a half, the number of infected has doubled. According to the organization, the virus is only gaining momentum.
