MOSCOW RESIDENTS WERE ALLOWED NOT TO WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES
A new decree was signed by the mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin. According to it, the residents and guests of the capital can no longer wear gloves, but the mask mode is still in force.
Sobyanin said that the mandatory wearing of gloves in public places has been canceled. But wearing masks is not yet planned to be canceled, since they are an important barrier to the spread of coronavirus. The mayor noted that the mask requirement will remain until the incidence rate reaches the minimum values.
The gloves wearing requirement has been canceled due to the improvement of the epidemiological situation in the capital.
According to Sergei Sobyanin, the number of daily recorded cases of Covid-19 disease has sharply decreased in Moscow. There are significantly fewer patients who have to be hospitalized.
Sobyanin also called on the citizens of Moscow to actively vaccinate, as this measure will help to maintain health and speed up the end of the pandemic. We should recall that the mandatory wearing of gloves in the capital was in effect from May 12, 2020. Then it was reported that gloves can only be taken off at home or in isolated work offices.
