In light of the partial mobilization in Russia recently announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin, Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin invited all deputies of the Russian Parliament with combat experience to take part in a special operation.
Recall, according to the law, State Duma deputies are not subject to mobilization.
The head of the Federation Council Committee on regulations Vyacheslav Timchenko, in turn, noted that deputies can take part in a special operation by taking a vacation, to which a number of people's deputies replied that they seemed to be ready, but at the moment "they are doing the work that hardly anyone will do without them."
However, as it turned out later, such a position in the lower house of the Russian parliament is not universal, and four deputies have already expressed their consent to mobilization, volunteers include: Dmitry Khubezov, Dmitry Sablin, Vitaly Milonov, Sergey Sokol.
