It became known that the visa centers of Lithuania will begin to accept documents for the issuance of Schengen visas to the citizens of the Russian Federation.  A visa can be obtained for any purpose of travel.

Russians will be able to enter the territory of Lithuania from March 31, 2022.  To cross the border, you will also need a PCR test done within a maximum of 72 hours.  A certificate of vaccination with a drug recognized in Lithuania is required as well.
Sputnik V vaccine is not recognized in Lithuania.
Russians can apply for a pre-employment visa.  This can be done both in Moscow and in regional consulates.

Lithuania has announced an easing of restrictions after receiving a recommendation from the World Health Organization.  Citizens of the Russian Federation can also travel to Estonia, where the Sputnik vaccination certificate is accepted.  An additional PCR test and quarantine is not required.  Estonia can also be visited with a certificate confirming the transferred covid.
