GUCCI SOCKS WILL HELP TO SAVE A BAR FROM CLOSURE

Australian rock musician Nick Cave helped one of his fans to save his bar from ruin. The musician gave him his Gucci socks as a present so that the fan could auction them off and thereby earn money to save his business.

We are talking about the London bar Trinity, which was left without any state support in such a difficult period. Like many other establishments, the bar was on the brink of bankruptcy because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Friends of the owner, being the longtime fans of Nick Cave, decided to help him - they arranged an online auction in order to earn at least some money to save the bar.

A donation of various memorabilia and records of Nick Cave was announced, autographed items were especially valued.

Looking for help in collecting memorabilia, the auction organizers turned to Cave himself, and he agreed to support them. The musician donated a new pair of Gucci socks and attached a note to them, which was saying that it really was his personal thing, worth a lot of money. The auction starts on 4June and will last for a week.
