Demand for apartments in Russia increased by 15%

On the one hand, there are favorable conditions for mortgages until the summer, on the other hand, a significant rise in the cost of building materials has recently been observed. Despite this, the demand for housing has also increased.
At the same time, mortgage rates continue to rise against the backdrop of an unstable geopolitical situation. Some banks deliberately raise rates up to 20% in order to scare off borrowers. A number of credit institutions have suspended the issuance of mortgages, other applications are accepted, but no decisions are being made on them.
