CLUBHOUSE APP RANKS FIRST ON RUSSIAN APP STORE
The day before, it became known that the Clubhouse app for holding voice conferences by interests, which was created in April last year, reached the first line in the App Store in terms of the number of downloads in Russia. Its popularity has grown in recent weeks, thanks to famous users.

Recently, Oleg Tinkov has organized his own discussion in the Clubhouse, which has been listened by 5,000 people. This became a record in the Russian-speaking segment of the app. On February 14, Elon Musk on his Twitter invited Vladimir Putin to hold a joint conversation at the Clubhouse, to which the president's spokesman replied that first it was necessary to understand what exactly is meant.

The basic idea of Clubhouse is to conduct audio conversations initiated by one or several users. Other participants are also involved in the conversation, and the organizer can either allow them to ask questions, or close this opportunity, leaving only the right to listen.

It is curious that the new social network is closed, as you can get into it only at the invitation of the participant, which has already generated a wave of potential fraud in Russia. Advertisements for the sale of invitations to the Clubhouse began to appear on the Avito and Yula websites, while the likelihood that this could become an ordinary loss of money exists.

What is more, in the Russian-speaking segment, the application is presented only for iPhones in the App Store. There is no official application for the Android operating system at the moment, which does not prevent fraudsters from trying to get to these cameras and microphones of users under the guise of an original product: fake Clubhouse applications have already appeared in the store for Android applications.

It is too early to talk about the future prospects of a product created during a pandemic, now it is rapidly gaining popularity, which can either develop or remain without movement.
