It became known that the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Protection and Welfare for the Perm Territory has made requirements to entrepreneurs, according to which they are required to vaccinate at least 60% of employees. Otherwise, there might be an administrative responsibility.

According to Kommersant, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs must vaccinate their employees - at least 75% of risk groups and at least 60% of the total number of workers. The letter from the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Protection and Welfare states that the requirement is based on the decision of the chief sanitary doctor of the Russian Federation. Businessmen are expected to report on vaccination progress every week.

If the order is not fulfilled, the heads of organizations may be brought to administrative responsibility.

We are talking about fines for heads of companies in the amount of 50-150 thousand rubles, for legal entities - 200-500 thousand rubles. It is also possible to fall under suspension of the activities for up to 90 days.

Businessmen have already commented on the prescription, noting that many people are afraid of vaccines, and that they cannot force them. It is known that 2,151 organizations received letters from the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Protection and Welfare in the Perm Territory.

Human rights activists also reacted to the situation, noting that this is a matter of medical secrecy and even if an employee lies to the employer about the vaccination, this information cannot be verified. At the same time, there is a practice in Russia of suspending the employees, who refuse from vaccinations, from work, but they cannot be fired.
