As reported by Izvestia with reference to the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, the so-called discount will be subsidies received in the format of an electronic certificate. Such a benefit will appear as part of the creation of the electronic domain "Housing and communal services and urban environment". Various services will be collected on it. The platform itself will be available to citizens no earlier than 2024.
